99FX LTD offers promotional trading tools to support the client experience within the platform according to a clear and defined system. This page aims to clarify the promotional credit (Trading Credit) and deposit bonus policy, their usage mechanism, and associated restrictions.

By using any promotional credit or deposit bonus, the client acknowledges their full and unconditional agreement to all terms and conditions stated below.

First: Important General Policy

99FX LTD does not offer a withdrawable welcome bonus.
Any balance appearing in the account before executing a real deposit is considered promotional trading credit only.
No profits can be withdrawn without an actual deposit from the client's own funds.
The company reserves the right to review any trading activity before approving withdrawals.

Second: Promotional Credit (Trading Credit)

Definition of Promotional Credit

Promotional credit is a non-withdrawable trading balance granted for promotional or trial purposes within the system.

Promotional Credit Conditions

Permanently non-withdrawable.
Used for trading only.
Not considered a cash welcome bonus.
Does not grant any withdrawal right without a real deposit.

Trading Without Deposit

If the client trades using promotional credit only and achieves profits:

These profits are not counted for withdrawal.
They are not considered transferable cash profits.

Upon Executing a Real Deposit

When executing an actual deposit:

Profits from promotional credit are converted to non-withdrawable trading Credit.
This balance is used to support trading only.
Withdrawal is exclusively on profits from real deposit only.

Third: Deposit Bonus

99%

First Deposit Bonus

99% bonus on the first $500 only of the first deposit.

Any amount exceeding $500 in the same deposit is subject to a 30% bonus.

Example:

$1,000 deposit:

First $500 receives 99% bonus
Remaining $500 receives 30% bonus

Subsequent Deposit Bonus

30% bonus on all subsequent deposits.

Up to $9,999

Deposit Bonus Conditions

Available for standard trading accounts only.
Does not apply to funding accounts.
Bonus is permanently non-withdrawable.
Bonus can be lost during trading.
Bonus is used to enhance margin only.
Profits from real deposit funds are withdrawable according to the approved withdrawal policy.

Fourth: One Account Per Person

Only one trading account is allowed per natural person.
Creating multiple accounts to benefit from the bonus or promotional credit is prohibited.
Any accounts linked by the same data, payment methods, or device are considered linked accounts.

Fifth: Verification and Monitoring Systems

99FX LTD relies on advanced analysis systems and technologies including but not limited to:

Identity and official document verification
Phone number verification
Device Fingerprinting
IP address and network logs
Trading pattern analysis
Trade execution timing analysis
Digital wallet analysis (including USDT)
Recurring payment method tracking
Account correlation analysis

The company reserves the right to use globally advanced analytical technologies to detect linked accounts or abnormal activities.

Sixth: Prohibited Activities (Abuse & Fraud)

The following are considered abuse or fraud:

Opening fake accounts or using others' documents
Using incorrect names or data
Creating sequential accounts after closing a previous one
Hedging between linked accounts
Simultaneous scalping to drain the bonus
Exploiting price delays or technical glitches
Using multiple USDT wallets linked to the same person
Repeating abnormal deposit and withdrawal patterns
Organized group trading through an account network
Any activity causing significant financial harm to the company

Seventh: Actions Taken Upon Violation

In case of suspected or confirmed abuse, 99FX LTD reserves the full right to:

Cancel promotional credit
Cancel the bonus
Cancel profits resulting from the violating activity
Freeze the account or linked accounts
Permanently close the account without prior notice
Ban the client from using the company's services in the future

Eighth: Severe Damage Cases

In case of proven organized fraudulent activity or significant financial damage, the company has the right to:

Confiscate profits resulting from the violating activity
Hold funds under investigation
Take legal action
Share data with relevant authorities when necessary

Ninth: Modifications

99FX LTD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional credit or deposit bonus at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the account constitutes implicit agreement to any modifications.
