Introduction

These terms and conditions govern all contests and promotional offers provided by 99FX LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By participating in any contest or promotional offer provided by 99FX, you acknowledge your complete agreement to these terms without any conditions or reservations.

1) Organizing Entity

Legal Name: 99FX LTD

Country of Registration: United Kingdom

Promotional Organizing Entity: 99FX LTD

All contests and offers are directly managed and organized by the company.

2) Promotional Scope

These policies include the following offers:

  • Annual BYD car draw for funded account customers.
  • Monthly draws for prizes (mobile phones, laptops, gold ounces, and others).
  • Gold and silver trading rewards program for regular account customers.

3) General Eligibility

Only those who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a verified account with 99FX.
  • Must have provided accurate and complete information.
  • Must not violate terms of use or anti-fraud policies.
  • Must not be an employee, partner, or contractor of 99FX or their first-degree relatives.

Section One: Annual BYD Car Draw (Funded Accounts)

4) Entry Mechanism

  • Each eligible funded account purchase grants the customer one participation coupon in the annual draw.
  • Each additional account = additional coupon = higher chance of winning.
  • Coupons are automatically registered after payment confirmation.

5) Annual Prize

  • One prize: A new BYD car.
  • Model and specifications are determined based on market availability at the time of delivery.

6) Draw Mechanism

  • The draw is conducted completely randomly from among eligible coupons.
  • The draw may be conducted via live broadcast or official documentation to ensure transparency.
  • The winner is announced through the company's official channels.

7) Car Delivery Mechanism

First: Inside Iraq

  • The car is delivered directly within Iraq.
  • An official handover event may be organized in Erbil or another city determined by the company.
  • Handover is documented after winner's approval.

Second: Outside Iraq

If the winner is outside Iraq, the company works to:

  • Deliver the car in the winner's country of residence if legally and logistically possible.
  • Or provide the full cash value of the car (Cash Alternative) if:
  • • Shipping or registration in the winner's country is not possible.
  • • Or if legal or customs procedures are complex or impossible.

The final delivery mechanism decision rests with: 99FX LTD in coordination with the winner, achieving the best practical and legal solution for both parties.

Section Two: Monthly Draws

8) Monthly Draw Conditions

  • Each funded account purchase during the month qualifies the owner to enter that month's draw.
  • The same coupons automatically enter the annual draw.

9) Monthly Prizes

May include:

  • Smartphones
  • Laptops
  • Gold ounces
  • Or other prizes announced monthly

10) Monthly Prize Delivery

Inside Iraq: Direct delivery or through an authorized representative.

Outside Iraq:

  • Ship the prize to the winner's country if possible.
  • Or provide the cash value of the prize if shipping is not possible.

Section Three: Gold and Silver Rewards Program (Regular Accounts)

11) Rewards Mechanism

Gold:

Every 10 standard lots = 1 gram of gold.

Silver:

Every 10 standard lots = 50 grams of silver.

Calculation is based on the total actual trading volume recorded on the 99FX platform.

11.1) Eligible Trading Conditions

Trade Duration:

Any trade lasting less than 5 minutes will not count towards gold and silver rewards.

Hedging Restrictions:

In case of opening opposing trades (buy and sell) on the same instrument, only one direction (either buy or sell) will be counted during the hedging period.

Simultaneous Trades:

If more than 5 trades on gold are opened at the same time, only 5 trades will be counted. Example: If a client opens 10 trades, only 5 will be counted.

11.2) Withdrawal System and Minimum Requirements

Gold Withdrawal:

Minimum withdrawal: 1 gram of gold.

Rewards can be accumulated and withdrawn in increments: 1 gram, 2 grams, 5 grams, and so on.

Silver Withdrawal:

Minimum withdrawal: 50 grams of silver.

Rewards can be accumulated and withdrawn in increments: 50 grams, 100 grams, 250 grams, and so on.

Clients can accumulate their rewards until reaching the minimum required for withdrawal.

12) Gold and Silver Collection

Inside Iraq:

  • Direct physical delivery, or
  • Cash delivery at gold/silver market value at the time of request.

Outside Iraq:

  • Physical delivery if possible.
  • Or full cash payment as a legal alternative.

The company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate delivery mechanism according to the country and legal circumstances.

13) Anti-Manipulation

Prohibited:

  • Fake or manipulative trading aimed at accumulating lots.
  • Intentional hedging between multiple accounts.
  • Exploiting technical or pricing loopholes.

The company has the right to:

  • Cancel rewards.
  • Exclude participants.
  • Cancel coupons without compensation.

14) Exclusion and Prize Withdrawal

The company has the right to withdraw the prize or exclude a participant if they:

  • Provided incorrect information.
  • Violated the terms.
  • Failed to complete verification within the specified period.
  • Engaged in fraudulent activity.

15) Taxes and Fees

The winner is responsible for any taxes, government fees, or legal registration in their country, unless the company announces otherwise.

16) Liability Limits

  • Contests do not constitute a guarantee of trading profits.
  • Trading involves risks.
  • The company is not responsible for trading losses or customer decisions.

17) Modification or Suspension

99FX LTD reserves the right to:

  • Modify the terms.
  • Change prizes.
  • Suspend any promotional offer.

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to: United Kingdom laws

Any dispute shall be under the jurisdiction of competent courts according to British law, unless amicably resolved.
